CANCELLATIONS: If you no-call/no-show, you will forfeit your deposit, and I will not schedule with you again unless your next session is paid in full at the time of booking. I reserve that spot exclusively for you and cannot schedule someone else in your place.
RESCHEDULING: I understand that life happens—people get sick, and things go wrong. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to provide at least 48 hours' notice. If you fall ill on the day of your session, please reschedule. I work with all age groups every day and cannot risk passing anything on to my clients. Your photos will turn out better if you're feeling well-rested and at your best! If you reschedule, your booking fee will carry over to your new date. If you need to reschedule more than two months out, a new booking fee will be required.
TARDINESS: Please allow enough time to get to your session. If you are running late, please let me know. I respect every client’s time, so please respect mine. If you have a 60-minute session and are 15 minutes late, your session will be shortened to 45 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying me, your deposit will be forfeited, and the session will be canceled. I understand unforeseen circumstances like accidents or sudden weather changes. If I am late, I will communicate with you, and your session time will not be affected.
TFP (Trade for Photos): If a TFP (Trade/Time For Photos) agreement is in place, the following rules apply: TFP modeling sessions will consist of 5 edited photos. No raw photos will be provided. The photos to be edited will be mutually agreed upon prior to editing. A refundable deposit will be required. If you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
