Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your session date and time.
  • Your remaining balance is due by the start of your session.
  • Deposits ensure that I reserve your spot exclusively for you and cannot book anyone else during that time.

Tardiness

  • Please arrive on time. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
  • If you are late:

-Up to 15 minutes late: Your session will be shortened accordingly. And

-More than 30 minutes late (without notice): Your deposit will be forfeited, and the session will be canceled.

  • If I am late, your full session time will always be honored.

Rescheduling

  • Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hour notice.
  • If illness or emergencies occur, please reschedule rather than attend sick—your photos will look best when you’re feeling your best.
  • A rescheduling fee of $25 will occur with any rescheduling

Cancellations

  • No-Call / No-Show: Your deposit will be forfeited, and future bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling.
  • I value your time and mine—please communicate if you are unable to attend.

Image Delivery & Editing

  • Standard turnaround for edited images is 1-3weeks (unless otherwise discussed).
  • Only professionally edited images will be delivered;
  • Additional edits beyond the agreed package may be subject to an editing fee.

Copyright & Usage

  • The photographer retains all copyright to images, and my use as marketing
  • Clients receive a personal license to print, share, and enjoy their photos.
  • Commercial use, resale, or altering images without permission is not allowed

Trade for Photos (TFP) Sessions

  • TFP sessions include 5 fully edited images.
  • RAW/unedited files will not be provided.
  • Images to be edited will be mutually agreed upon before final delivery.
  • A refundable deposit is required to confirm the session. If you fail to show, the deposit will be forfeited.

Final Note

  • By booking a session, you agree to the above policies. These guidelines ensure fairness, protect my time, and guarantee the best possible photography experience for you.
